   Your beliefs are either taking you up, or bringing you down. The question is, which direction are you headed? If you're feeling lost or believe as though you're on the "wrong path", you may be wondering just how you can begin to reverse the process and better align with your goals...

    People either move toward or away from their passions, potentials and preferred outcome(s). Those who move too strongly forward often keep themselves incredibly busy, thus are inadvertently bypassing the unpleasant-yet-necessary steps required to create a happier and healthier existence from within (such as processing and releasing repressed and uncomfortable emotion). The opposite is true for those who tend to move further away from their goals. These individuals are rarely willing to try something new, until things get “bad enough” or they're left with "no other choice", thus are bound to repeat karmic patterns through avoidant behavior until (and if) they decide to courageously take charge of their circumstances —but how?


     The key to change and motivation is to be able to effectively practice doing things that are initially unpleasant. Before one changes their behaviors, they must first change the amount of potential energy they tap into… essentially becoming the change they wish to exist in the world. This means their unconscious mind requires a little extra convincing in order to decondition old beliefs and patterns. Having the right guide by your side to teach you the necessary skills, keep you accountable in your progress, and offer you a safe space to heal is important to efficiently turn your life around.

At first, I was a bit skeptical; being my first time with hypnotherapy, I did not know what to expect (only that a pocket watch would not be used). As I got to talking with Kat, it flowed by effortlessly. She's grounded, sincere, kind, perceptive, and will call you out on your bull if you are hiding something. Which is fantastic cause most of what is hidden does not like being brought to the light, which she does. Not in a forceful way but just an acknowledgement. 

When you take the trip down to your unconscious, having someone like Kat by your side is worth it.
